Qlik
The relationship between iBIC and Qlik is rooted in the past. After dozens of projects with more traditional BI tools, towards the end of 2005 we got to know and try out QlikView product. We immediately appreciated its potential, which today has been further extended thanks to the advent of Qlik Sense.
Over the last 10 years, Qlik has gone from being a single-product company for data visualisation to offering a true platform for business analytics by adding specific products for data integration, automating data streaming, refining, cataloguing and publishing data both on-premise and in the cloud, also towards other visualisation tools. The acquisition of Talend at the end of 2023 also helped position Qlik among the leaders in Data Integration and Data Governance.
Over time, iBIC has obtained certifications on the main roles involved in Data Analytics projects, namely:
Business Analyst: able to support the client in identifying requirements, designing and developing applications and preparing and loading data. The main focus is the front-end used by the end user
Data Architect: mainly concerned with designing the data model and developing it by managing the connections to the source data and the transformations necessary for application purposes.
System Administrator: able to install and/or manage the configuration of a Qlik server (in an on-premise environment) and to govern its evolution and monitor its performance (on-premise and in Qlik Cloud)’.
Esplores
Esplores is an innovative Italian start-up, born in 2018, to consolidate the experiences of founder Angelo Khatib’s work with Big Data into a new product.
Esplores is in fact a data exploration tool, ideal for analysing and correlating heterogeneous sources of Big Data, without the need to replicate the source data in very expensive environments.
To the typical Data Exploration and Data Discovery functions, it adds important personal data recognition functions according to GDPR regulations and consequent Data Masking.
Esplores also allows the analysis of unstructured data and in particular the search and indexing of text from documents in all major formats and also the extraction of text from images using OCR (optical character recognition) tools.

HiBI is an Italian company founded in 2012 in Vigonza, in the province of Padua, which deals with Business Intelligence in a complementary way to iBIC.
