Tools and Consulting for Business Process Management
Since 2018, IBIC has been using Wrike to optimize internal organization and coordination of project activities. Wrike, which is also our partner, is a versatile tool that supports a wide range of use cases, from managing complex projects to collaborating on day-to-day activities. It is especially useful for teams that need a centralized view of their work.
In addition to Wrike, we also offer methodological consulting on other tools such as Jira, with the goal of:
analyze and reorganize business processes and evaluate different work methodologies (agile, project, deadline)
define the breakdown of ongoing activities and automation of approval and deadline management
manage internal projects and report on progress with gantt and automated reporting
set up dashboards to check the load and work of different teams .
