Tools and Consulting for Business Process Management

Since 2018, IBIC has been using Wrike to optimize internal organization and coordination of project activities. Wrike, which is also our partner, is a versatile tool that supports a wide range of use cases, from managing complex projects to collaborating on day-to-day activities. It is especially useful for teams that need a centralized view of their work.

In addition to Wrike, we also offer methodological consulting on other tools such as Jira, with the goal of:

  • analyze and reorganize business processes and evaluate different work methodologies (agile, project, deadline)

  • define the breakdown of ongoing activities and automation of approval and deadline management

  • manage internal projects and report on progress with gantt and automated reporting

  • set up dashboards to check the load and work of different teams .
