Cookie Policy

WHAT IS A COOKIE?: Cookies are small text files that sites visited by users send to their terminals, where they are stored and then transmitted back to the same sites on the next visit. So-called “third-party” cookies are, on the other hand, set by a website other than the one the user is visiting. This is because on each site there may be elements (images, maps, sounds, specific links to web pages on other domains, etc.) that reside on servers other than that of the visited site. Cookies are used for different purposes: performing computer authentication, session tracking, storing information about specific configurations regarding users accessing the server, storing preferences, etc.

Cookie settings on this website

TECHNICAL COOKIES: these are the cookies that are used to carry out navigation or to provide a service requested by the user. They are not used for any further purposes and are normally installed directly by the website owner. Without the use of such cookies, some operations could not be performed or would be more complex and/or less secure. Essential cookies cannot be disabled using the features of this website. In general, cookies can be turned off completely in your browser at any time.

PROFILING COOKIES: these are the cookies used to track the user’s browsing on the web and create profiles on his/her tastes, habits, choices, etc. With these cookies can be transmitted to the user’s terminal advertising messages in line with the preferences already manifested by the same user in online browsing.

Our site does not use cookies of this type

THIRD-PARTY COOKIES: By visiting a website you may receive cookies either from the site you visit (“owners”) or from sites operated by other organizations (“third parties”). A notable example is the presence of “social plugins” for Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn. These are parts of the visited page generated directly from the aforementioned sites and integrated into the page of the host site. The most common use of social plugins is for the purpose of sharing content on social networks. The presence of these plugins results in the transmission of cookies to and from all sites operated by third parties. The management of information collected by “third parties” is governed by the relevant disclosures to which please refer. For the sake of transparency and convenience, below are the web addresses of some of the disclosures and related cookie management methods.

Our site includes only a link to Google Analytics, a web traffic analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Again, these are third-party cookies collected and managed anonymously to monitor and improve the performance of the host site (performance cookies). Read more about Analytics cookies and privacy.
